How to prepare your pakoras

To oven cook

For best results always cook from frozen.

Preheat your oven at 160°C (Fan) or Thermostat 4, 180°C (Gas). Place pakoras on a tray covered with baking parchment in the middle of the hot oven and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through. Pakoras should be piping hot throughout.
