How to prepare your samosas

To oven cook

For best results always cook from frozen.

Preheat your oven at 160°C (Fan) or Thermostat 4, 180°C (Gas). Place samosas on a tray covered with baking parchment in the middle of the hot oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through. For golden colour, brush with oil of choice, Samosas should be golden brown and piping hot throughout.

To fry

Pre-heat oil at 180°C and place samosas in oil for 4-6 minutes on either side until golden brown and the filling is piping hot.
