How to prepare your samosas


Potatoes, Water, Peas, Onions, (Flour Blend: Millet flour, Sorghum flour, Rapeseed oil, Chickpea flour, Rice flour, Yellow Split Pea flour, Potato starch, Tapioca Starch) Scotch bonnet pepper, Green finger chilli, Salt, Gum xanthan food additive E415, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds, Black pepper

To fry

Pre-heat oil at 180 degrees and place samosas in oil for 4-6 minutes on either side until golden brown and the filling is piping hot.

For best results always cook from frozen. Optional: for extra golden samosas brush with oil

Preheat your oven at 180 C (Fan) or Thermostat 4. Place samosas on a tray covered with baking parchment in the middle of the hot oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through. Samosas should be golden brown and piping hot throughout.
