Whether you’re eating at home or away, this veggie burger is a sure winner. We make ours as a batch before the week ahead and either, remove from the fridge if you have prepared them the night before eating, or if you make them a few days in advance, freeze them and remove from the freezer the night before you plan to have them. Cook burgers thoroughly in both instances (recommended 5-8 minutes reheating time in the oven or on a medium heat under the grill, turning over each side).
