We deliver to the UK 🇬🇧 nationwide. Some remote areas may incur more delivery charges.

We are a small business manufacturer and open during core hours of 10-3pm Mon-Fri, however we are not always available via phone and during certain times of the year we are closed. Please direct enquiries via the contact us page.

We use a couple of carriers depending on the location of your parcel drop. Upon placing your order, you will receive details of the courier tracking information via email. We deliver via couriers during the hours of 8am to 8pm. You will receive tracking details for your delivery when you place an order, to keep an eye on the progress. Please note due to the nature of the goods, your courier will need to hand over the delivery to a person, so please ensure you are in to sign for or acknowledge the parcel.

Our timescales for delivery can be up to 7 days during busy periods. If you have special requests for the next day, or special birthdays please send us your request via the contact us page and we will endeavour to fulfil the request.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously and will always aim to meet your needs. In special circumstances we will offer refunds, if the items have not been received or any error has been on Green Sisters’ part.

You can view the nutritional value for each of our products here, simply by clicking an item and scrolling down to the nutritional values section. All our products also have their individual nutritional information on the packaging they arrive in.

For overseas shipping please send your enquiry via our contact us page

You should receive a tracking number from the courier service, usually DHL or our own driver. If you have not received the tracking number or your parcel, please visit our contact us page and send your enquiry. We will be happy to contact the courier regarding this.
