Berry & Banana Breakfast Granola

I can’t think of a better way to start the day than with this highly fulfilling balanced and nutritious meal.

Its Gluten free and low GI (Glycemic Index) therefore sees you through the morning without the distracting feeling of hunger mid-morning.

Packed with the goodness of blueberries, strawberries and banana gives it the fruitful sweetness of unrefined sugars naturally occurring and bursting with goodness. The oats contain fibre,  to which you add the milk of your choice (warm or cold/vegan or non-vegan/lactose free). Just finish off the mix with a little more sweetness as desired using maple syrup or honey and a sprinkle of nuts if you’re not allergic.
